Paul Stanfield is a partner in Stanfield Hiserodt, PLLC. His undergraduate education was obtained at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas College of Pharmacy in Little Rock, Arkansas. He received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1969. He attended law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Southern Methodist University and received a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist in December of 1973.
Paul has divided his legal career almost evenly between private and in-house practice. He joined House, Holmes and Jewell (later changed to House, Wallace & Jewell) after law school where he was a partner, a member of the Management Committee and Director of the Commercial Section.
He joined Systematics, Inc. (later changed to Alltel Information Services, Inc.) in 1988 where he held the positions and offices of Assistant General Counsel, Senior Counsel and Vice President and General Counsel.
After a ten year career at Alltel, he left to become of counsel at Husch & Eppenberger, LLC in their Kansas City office.
In late 1998, he joined Computer Sciences Corporation as Deputy General Counsel in their Financial Services Group in Austin, Texas. He left Computer Sciences Corporation in late 2004 and entered private practice as a sole practitioner in January of 2005. In October of 2008, he joined with family and friends to form Stanfield Hiserodt, PLLC.
C. Luke Stanfield

Luke Stanfield is a partner of the Austin law firm Stanfield Hiserodt, PLLC. He is a licensed attorney in both Texas and Illinois. He obtained his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. He served as prosecutor for the City of Chicago Law Department in the Drug and Gang House Enforcement Section and the Municipal Prosecutions division. After moving to Austin, Texas, Luke worked on the discovery phase of a complex class action lawsuit. Luke's practice has concentrated on estate planning, wills, trusts, estate tax issues, copyright, trademarks, technology licensing, sales, and service agreements.
Stuart Hiserodt

Stuart Hiserodt is an Austin attorney and partner of Stanfield Hiserodt, PLLC. He received his B.S. degree in Political Economics with a minor in Chemistry from Hillsdale College. In 2006, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock while pursuing a Chemistry major and working in the chemistry department. Moving to Austin upon graduation, he received his license to practice law in Texas.
While in Texas, he assisted in litigation preparation for large, complex software litigation concentrating mostly on e-discovery projects and training new employees on different software programs. He practices in the fields of business organization, general business transactions, intellectual property, and technology law primarily in the fields of biotech, renewable energy, as well as computer hardware and software. His focus is in assisting Austin's small business start-ups in creating an LLC, corporation, or other business entity, as well as attaining trademarks and copyrights. The other area of focus consists of computer software, hardware, and outsourcing licensing.
